Top performance
It inherits all the best features of the other machines of the “ITG 100” line, and combines them with stunning performance in terms of load and speed. All this goes together with its extreme reliability, compactness and sturdiness. A few other machines are in position to match all the qualities of the ITG 136, and if the can, they are not in position to offer the same reduced dimensions and the same amount benefits for operating the machine on the time.
MRL design installable in any position
The ITG 136 can be installed in vertical and horizontal position, thus allowing to satisfy any need of installation. When installed horizontally, it is possible to choose to have the screw shaft in the lower position, with the crown wheel on the top, a condition that produces the best possible lubrication also in maintenance speed, when almost any other machine would have to be operated only for a few seconds in order not to damage the not sufficiently lubricated gears. In addition, if your needs demand to store the hosting machines, the ITG 136 allows you to modify from right to left hand and viceversa in minutes, since it is enough to release four bolts to turn the motor and the complete brake system.
At the top also for static load
Althouhg retaining the same outer dimensions of the other machines of the range “ITG 100”, the ITG 136 offers an additional increase of static load and with its 3400 kilograms it has the higher static load of it segment and is perfectly suitable for installations with heavy car frames and cabins and offers a level of safety largely higher than many of its competitors.
Safety is always the priority
Despite its outstanding features of power, the ITG 136 has been conceived having the highest safety standards as first priority. Each and any component part of the ITG 136 has been designed in order to assure a working life longer than that of similar machines that are normally considered at the top of reliability. The quality of its components is at the highest possible level, and the number of controls performed during their manufacturing processes sets a standard on its own.
Also perfection needs to be checked out
The ITG 136 is vitually a perfect machine, but at the end of the assembly process each machine is submitted to a comprehensive test. All the parameters of the motors are accurately checked, as well as the accurate balancing of the machine, the frequency of its vibrations and the capability to respect the silent operation standards which are proper of the ITG 136.
Lubricating oil exceeding the working life of many other hoisting machines
The lubrication of the ITG 136 is granted by a polyglygole synthetic oil that under normal working conditions requires replacement only after 20,000 hours, which means a length of time higher than the working life of may other similar machines.
Amateur proof maintenance
As all the other rmachines of its family of products, the ITG 136 has been designed in order to be really user friendly for its maintenance. The flywheel incorporating the brake drum and the traction sheave include a built in extractor that enables to remove them with no special tools. The brake arms incorporate a unique adjustment for the accurate centring of the brake shoes on the drum, thus producing a homogeneous wear of the brake liners and no noises. The flywheel allows the addition of additional disks for increasing the inertia whenever it might be necessary, but it can be easily removed for the ease of installation whenever there are space constraints for reaching the eventual machine room.
